one day i got an email with the following subject and no body.

sounds like an art project in the making...
but i was busy and had to do homework. then the next day i was in class.
i got a bit bored and so i started thinking a bit about marble and cutting things out. i started with the ampad logo and worked from there.
eventually i got into faces. it's an interesting progression.
these were some of my favorites...
i first cut two out from solidworks renderings(2 pcs).
then i switched to corel draw for the second set(4 pcs).
then i remembered about some stone samples a friend
had given me a while back and made the series again
with four small pieces of different marbles.
